Titan Int’l, Inc., doing business as Titan International (“Titan,” “we,” “us”), operates the website at titanintl.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information the Site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because the Site collects very little.
Information you send us. If you contact us — by email, by telephone, or through the request-a-quote form on our Contact page — we receive what you choose to share, typically your name, company, email address, telephone number, and the details of your inquiry. We use it only to respond to you and, where you ask us to, to prepare a quotation or supply materials. If you reached us from an online advertisement or a search result, the form also records the campaign details carried in the link you followed — such as the source, medium, and campaign name, and Google’s click identifier — so that we can tell which campaigns bring genuine inquiries. That information describes the advertisement you clicked, not you personally.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site is served by a hosting provider whose servers record standard access logs: the IP address of the visitor, the pages requested, the date and time, and the browser type. We use these logs for security and to keep the Site running.
Analytics and advertising. The Site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the Site is used and how our advertising performs. These services record information such as the pages you view, how long you spend on them, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and whether you arrived from one of our advertisements. Google processes this information as our service provider, under its own privacy policy. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Session recordings. The Site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our pages. Clarity records interactions such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and can replay a visit so that we can find pages that are confusing or not working as they should. Microsoft processes this information under its own privacy statement.
Call tracking. Some telephone numbers shown on the Site are provided by CallRail, which may display a different number depending on how you found the Site so that we can tell which of our advertising and pages lead to calls. When you call one of these numbers, CallRail records details of the call such as its date, time and duration, and the number you called from, and connects you to us. CallRail also records submissions of the Site’s contact form, including the details you enter, so that we can see which advertising leads to inquiries. CallRail processes this information as our service provider, under its own privacy policy.
Company identification. The Site uses ZoomInfo WebSights, which uses the IP address of your connection to identify the organisation you may be visiting from — for example, the company whose network you are using — so that we can understand which businesses are interested in our products and services. It is designed to identify organisations rather than individual people. ZoomInfo processes this information under its own privacy policy.
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes. Technical cookies are set by WordPress when a person signs in to administer the Site. Analytics and advertising cookies are set by the Google, Microsoft and ZoomInfo services described above, and by the Site itself when it records the campaign details of a visit; these let us count visitors, tell a repeat visit from a new one, connect the pages of a single visit together, and attribute an inquiry to the advertisement that produced it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Google offers controls over the advertising it shows you at My Ad Center. Blocking cookies will not stop you using the Site.
We use the information above to answer inquiries, provide quotations, fulfill orders, and operate and secure the Site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site or our business (for example, our hosting, email, customer-relationship management, and analytics and advertising providers), who may use it solely to provide those services to us, or where the law requires it.
We keep correspondence and quotation details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. Our hosting provider retains access logs for a limited period before deleting them.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. To do so, contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor them.
The Site contains links to other websites, including social-media sharing links on our articles. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We recommend reading them.
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version is always available on this page.
